The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications set by him, excluding products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of video tapes, discs, or CDs or software programs that have been used. 3- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works considered as intellectual property. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 5- If the contract involves providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services. 6- If the contract involves purchasing software download products via the internet.
